Each 1kg pack contains 10 - 12 pieces approx (varies by size of duck)

The drumette is the top part of the wing, offering rich flavour and tender, juicy meat.  These
cuts are skin on bone in, making them ideal for roasting, frying, grilling or slow cooking. 

Serving Ideas:
Glaze with honey soy or BBQ sauce
Slow cook for tender pulled duck
Roast until crispy for appetisers or sharing platters.
