- 500gms Canter Valley turkey mince
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Shape mixture into 3cm sized balls (approx 30).
- Oil pan with extra virgin olive oil and heat.
- Cook the meatballs for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
