Turkey Meatballs

Turkey MeatballsIngredients

  • 500gms Canter Valley turkey mince
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  2. Shape mixture into 3cm sized balls (approx 30).
  3. Oil pan with extra virgin olive oil and heat.
  4. Cook the meatballs for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
