Delivery


Our courier will deliver you order even if there is nobody home to receive or sign for the order. 
All products are delivered in insulated polybins.  We take care to ensure your order is well packed with ice, is well sealed and carefully handled while on route to you. This guarantees our products will always arrive to you in the best possible condition.

What guarantee do you offer me?

We guarantee that your products will arrive on time and in excellent condition.

On receipt of your order inspect the external packaging for evidence of tampering or damage from abuse in transit. Do not sign for it if you are not happy with the condition it has arrived in.

What if I have a problem? 

In the unlikely event you find defects with the product on opening please take photographic evidence and contact us immediately with your problem.

We will not cover instances when you are not home to receive your order, or where you place an order that is not within our delivery zone.  If unsure please contact us to confirm if we can deliver to your address.

When and where do you deliver?

We deliver free of charge for orders that are over $80 to all major towns and cities within New Zealand, 5 days a week.  We only deliver within city/town limits and do not deliver to rural addresses or PO Box numbers. Extra charges apply for delivery to Waiheke Island. Please check with us first to ensure your area is covered.

All orders received before 8.00 am Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day except Quail eggs on the 48 hour service.  Orders placed after 8am on Thursday, on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday. We do not provide a Saturday delivery service.

Who delivers our product to you?

Courier SolutionsWe use Courier Solutions to manage our courier deliveries.  We cannot not provide a set time for the delivery of your goods via the courier.

All orders received before 8.00 am Monday to Wednesday (North Island) or Monday to Thursday (South Island) will be dispatched the same day by Overnight Courier.  Orders placed after 8am on Wednesday (North Island) or Thursday (South Island) will be dispatched on Monday by Overnight Courier. We do not provide a Saturday delivery service.
